At Fierce Power we are committed to working with the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors and we charge different rates for different sized business and organisations. We also have scholarship places available for individuals and organisations that cannot afford our set prices. We believe access to personal development is something we should all have and we are committed to playing our part.

I founded Fierce Power because I wanted to create a space where you can connect with your own fierce power.
For the longest time I didn’t feel powerful. In fact, I would shy away from even using the word power, because I believed power was bad and power corrupts.
It took me a long time to understand that power is neither good nor bad, it is what you do with it. I also realised that power is not something that is given to you. You already have it. You are born with it. Your own authentic power is already in you. It’s fierce and beautiful and it wants to be seen.
That’s why I founded Fierce Power as a space where you can connect with your own fierce power.

I believe that we are all powerful beyond measure to create the change we desire.
In my experience of working with people over the past 30 years, I have seen how societal conditioning can lead us to tame our power, to disconnect with it.
My passion is to support you on your journey of reconnecting with your innate power and find out what you want.
We have a deep inner purpose that can guide our presence and actions.
I am an accredited and certified coach and I bring my 30 years of experience working with individuals, teams, organisations and businesses in executive roles to my unique approach of in-powerment and self-leadership.
I partner with other coaches to deliver my signature Step Into Your Power course or to create bespoke courses for you and your business or organisation.

Shivonne Graham
Shivonne works with Brita to deliver their signature Coaching Circle for Leading Women course.
Brita and Shivonne met when they were both working at Women for Women International. Together, they worked as co-leaders and turned Women for Women International into the successful organisation it is today.
Alongside the deep lived experience, Shivonne brings extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, skills and qualifications to her practice.
